NURSING SERVICES

Nursing services of LPN and RN will be provided as needed, based on recommendations and approval in the IPP.  Services will be provided will be within the scope of the WV Nurse Practice Act and work will be completed only by nurses who are eligible to work and have an active nursing license in WV.
