BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT PROVIDER SERVICES
Behavioral Support Provider (BSP) services levels I and II, if determined necessary by the IDT, will be provided to assist each individual in achieving their personal goals, paths, and dreams. The chosen/assigned BSP staff will provide individualized assistance to each person, to create programs chosen by the individual and their IDT members.
The BSP will train all staff and providers and services will be provided to assist each individual to achieve personal goals, obtain employment if desired. The BSP develops protocols and plans to address maladaptive behavior if needed and as recommended and approved by IDT. BSP will ensure that programs are being implemented correctly and will be available to assist Individual’s or Staff with questions or concerns about programs as needed. Providers of BSP services may be Hopewell qualified employees, extended professional contractors of BSP, consultants (such as CED), or independent agencies/providers.
